1. You may return books and audio/video (including CDs, DVDs, etc) products for a refund within 30 days for any reason. Books must be in original condition, and audio/video products must be unopened and in their original plastic wrapping.
2. Please note that we do not accept return of opened items, or items returned more than 30 days past the delivery date. Please contact us to arrange an exchange or refund.
3. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected returns.

Refunds:

1. We do not refund shipping charges on item returns or exchanges. All shipping charges are your responsibility. However, we will gladly refund shipping charges (including return shipping) if the return is a result of our error.
2. We will notify you of your refund by e-mail after we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund within 7 business days after we receive your return. Refund will be in the same form as the original method of payment.

Replacement of Damaged or Defective Items:

1. We will gladly replace, at no extra charge to you, any item found to be defective in manufacture or damaged in shipping. Please contact us to arrange a replacement.
