Seizing Opportunities in Change to Create the Life YOU Desire

Do you often settle for less than what you truly desire in your life?

Do you want a better life for yourself? Do you want to create prosperity, good health, happiness and fulfillment in your life?

Often change is the vehicle that prompts you to move beyond and discover what is truly meaningful to you. Change then becomes the opportunity to create what you truly desire in your life. Unfortunately, change also has a tendency to keep knocking on your door if you settle for anything less than what you truly desire.

So how do you seize the opportunities in change to create the life you truly desire?

You may not be consciously aware of it, but if you learn to slow down you will see that the answers are all there in your own thoughts, emotions and feelings. The one-size-fits-all approach to life no longer works for most people. Only you know what you truly desire, and what approach you want to take to create that.

There are two keys to creating the life you desire:

1. Mental clarity so you can become aware of what you truly desire, and the steps you need to take.

2. Mental flexibility so you can look at different approaches to accomplish your goals

So how do you develop mental clarity?

It involves more than just your mind. Your mind, emotions and feelings, and your physical body are all interconnected. When your mind is restless or worried, it sets off a chain reaction that triggers your emotions and feelings which can in turn create tension in the physical body. Lack of sleep, anxiety, mental fogginess, fatigue, high blood pressure, aches and pains are some of the symptoms of this tension. When the tension is left unchecked it can develop into serious imbalances in the physical body, even disease. This in turn causes the mind to worry, and the cycle repeats endlessly.

When you can find ways (such as deep meditation, deep relaxation or the Diffusion CD) to calm your mind, emotions and your feelings, often your body will find its own internal balance. This also allows mental clarity so you become aware of what you really desire, and the steps you need to take.

So you figured out what you truly desire and the steps you need to take, but is there something still holding you back?

This has to do with mental flexibility. You may be locked into a rigid mental perspective on how to accomplish something, which is very much tied to memories of past experiences.

How do you improve mental flexibility?

As expected, mental flexibility has to do with your mind, but surprisingly also involves your emotions and feelings. Your emotions and feelings surrounding past experiences are linked with your memories, so you remember to avoid repeating unpleasant experiences. As you attempt to take the steps, any negative memories surrounding past experiences can trigger powerful emotions that can hold you back. In addition, these emotions and feelings can create more tension in the body which can cause the mind to start worrying. Finding ways (such as counselling or the Diffusion CD) to safely unlock these memories and release the emotions and feelings attached to them allows you to shift the perspective and come up with a new flexible approach to accomplishing your goals. This also generates great enthusiasm and passion for your new plan.

With the new flexible plan, a calm, clear, upbeat and focused mind, great enthusiasm and passion you can now use your own personal ingenuity to create the life you desire.
